thank you i named this project Sarah after my first wife she was unfortuatly the innocent victom of a drive by shooting .... i original bought this bike to teach her to ride on but funny how life changes things any not going to ramble but after haveing my head stuck you no where for the last three years i figured it was tome to start  doing something productive again... using this bike as a test bed for my phantom style gauges completely blacked out except for needles until the switch is turned on some other fancy things as time allows peace later

Very nice! Great name too (my daughter is named Sarah), so sorry to hear the circumstances of how it came about but a lovely tribute.
I like the clever "POP" on the gage too. Keep up the great work.

No rush.. If you get the chance, save of the images on facebook and setup an account with imageshak or Photobucket.. or just attach them to here. If they are too big, use http://www.pixlr.com/editor/ and open the image, select image then image size and set it to 1024 and 768 and then save it as jpg at 85% that should get it small enough to attach to this post..

Did you resize it? usually 1024x768 at 85% brings the file size down. You can bring it as low as 80% before noticeable degradation of the image happens.

Dunstall would be awesome, however its pricey unless you can do it yourself..  With tanks getting harder and harder to find for these 70's CB's seems to me there could be some money to be made by some one that can reproduce them exactly. Still I see your point and wish you luck. If your patent you will find one to be sure.

Glad it worked out for you, I use it a lot to post images here.. Tho it could be easier for me to get an account with Imagshak or Photobuck etc..

Those gauges are intense, brother. Story is too; a #$%*ty situation. I'm not into crushed velvet, but I gotta say that that's a clever cover up for a beat up tank. The flow of from the handles, down the tank, and up through the seat makes me think of a wave coming in to crash on a beach.

Looks like you need some:

Gauges
tank

If gauges work for you, cool.  I like mine to be a little more preceise than just a scribbled number "5" around 5,000-5,200 or so. :-\

Again, if it works for you, go with it.  I'm a little more demanding on gauge precise~ness, I guess.

Tank.....well....velvet?   Okay....it's YOUR bike...... ::)
