having a real hard time removing the swing arm on a cb350f

ok i was going my the haynes manual here and it says remove the nut which im guessing is self locking nut,

now i know this thing is rust down there but this thing won't budge at all, could there be a cotter pin hidden somewhere? or does anyone have any ideas for me ?

never mind case closed i forgot i had this 24inch adjustable wrench i got at harbor freight for novelty

who'd thought it would serve a purpose
