Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and post my cousin's Goldwing here. Most of the pictures I have are crappy cell phone pics. so apologies in advance.

one of the first things we did was swap bars between my CB550F and the GL. (see bottom for pic of GL bars)

i truely regret not having a camera to start with and better documenting both bikes progress. it is the next on list though. for now,  you guys will have to bare with me.

here are some pics of the seat bracket i made for it. (note: excuse the crappy welding)

also, need some suggestions on a brake light.... using these lights to for running lamps and turn signals. here's a pic of her ass end

Great bike build, not often you see a GL1000 as a bobber or any other bike.. Can't wait to see the final product.

Well I suppose all that space between pairs of cylinders does seem a little unfair,

Well the Cafinated Goldwinger was interesting....

I wasn't a huge fan of the shaft jack when leaned over.

It pulled like a Locomotive.....but weighed about as much as one too.....

Boy I'd sure like a CBX with a spondon frame......

we rode the goldwing for the first time last night.  she ran a little rough at first and we had an issue with the clutch cable. just needs adjustment it think. but all in all it was a successful run around the block. hopefully have it road worthy in the next couple weeks...

Some of the wings look pretty good when done. A little more powerful and comfortable for 2 up riding too!

a weird effect i inadvertantly did on the crappy cell phone camera

still need to fix that right side cover and paint it and get a brake light and repaint the rear fender.... so much to do so little time/money.

p.s. you can see where i found a hole in the old drain bucket while changing the earl on the CB550F
