I lost my Nipple
« on: March 26, 2010, 05:27:48 PM »
Can Somebody help me I have a missing nipple
I have taken my wheels apart to send the hubs spokes and wheels for cleaning before powder coating. 72 spokes and 72 nipples went in 72 spokes and 71 nipples came out.
My bike is cb400f and if anybody has rebuilt with new spoke sets and has an old one or an extra I would happily pay for shipping. One off a cb350f would also fit.  Or if anyone knows where to get a new one that would help.
Thanks in advance.

I have some from a CB550 and some I believe to be from a 350/400 however I can't be totally sure. Is there some way I can find out? Other wise shoot me a PM and I will drop a couple in the mail for ya if they work great if not well no harm done as they are just sitting around any way collecting dust.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. The rim itself is a standard DID rim from the time so I am sure they used the same size nipple just a different length of spoke. Maybe someone will chime in that knows for sure.
