FJ 1200    Engines are mounted front to rear and a plate mounted instead of a sprocket.  A driveshaft mounts to the plate.
SCCA has a class also that looks like small alms cars but use M/C engines.

An interesting choice for an engine too. It runs hot to begin with. Now...lets put in an enclosed area with compromised air flow AND pin the throttle for 20 minutes.  ;D

I imagine a bigger oil cooler and dont think they are "pined" for 20 min. straight. They started out more than 10 years ago.   There are a few builders and sure they have web sites.

Ah so it use's a different transmission then huh? Air cooled and carbed too. Dose anyone on have a photo of the motor in a legend?
The neighbor used to have one and he used run it up and run the street. They also run then at the fairgrounds here in town every once in while. They sound pretty cool.

No it uses the yami tranny.  This link shows how it sits in the frame.  The back (left side on bike) uses the adaptor plate instead of a sprocket to hook to a driveshaft.
