Are 750f tanks interchangeable?

I know the 75f and 76f will switch out, but will a 77-78f switch with a 75f or 76f? They look really similar.

Yes they do. The only difference is that the petcock taps are different sizes and on different sides of the tank.

So if the new one has a decent petcock all you'll need is longer fuel line.
