One stop shopping?
« on: April 01, 2010, 06:19:29 PM »
I see the (looong) list of suppliers in the FAQ. Can you recommend a few for one stop shopping? Everything from brake parts, cables, fork boots, carb kits, etc?
Any place I'm likely to find most of my needs for a '72 CB500/4?

I recommend partsnmore.com. I've ordered a couple times from them, they seem to have a good list of parts available, as long as you're not looking for genuine honda parts of course.

I've been really pleased with David Silver Spares.
Excellent communication & a very interactive web site to see what parts they have. Search by model or part number.

There is no one stop shopping for any of these old bikes.

You'll have to do some searching for all you needs, good luck.

I agree with that, but I have found that the Parts-n-more, Z-1 and Davis Silverspares are the top of the picks.

David Silver spares by FAR has the most parts for a CB500/4. I guess it may be worth it to save on shipping (one big bundle from across the pond rather than several boxes from various suppliers.
