eBay and PayPal?
« on: April 06, 2010, 01:36:00 PM »
Hi folks,
just wondering how many other people have had issues with eBay and PayPal's shady practices when there is a dispute?
Anyone else had issues with dragoncustoms?
seems to have taken a bunch of people recently, accepting money but not sending out goods

My experience with Ebay and Paypal has been good (over 8 years, 550 transactions, both buying and selling). There are some people that you will have trouble with, like anywhere, but generally I've found that there are effective dispute resolution procedures on Ebay and Paypal that have helped me.

I haven't dealt with the seller you mentioned.

after a dispute with a seller late last year i removed my ebay account. i would do the same with paypal if i didnt use it so much with as many other vendors as i do. my bank is very quick to get after them if there is any kind of dispute but i just didnt want to go through the hassles anymore.

A little over 4 yrs of transactions with going on 190 purchases and no real problems, to speak of. None with THAT seller though.

I thought that handle looked familiar.  I bought something from him last October.  I didn't have any issues, I left good feedback.  Something obviously happened though...
