Good source for CB650 piston rings?
« on: April 04, 2010, 08:28:39 AM »
Does anyone know of a good source for CB650 rings?

Western Hills wants 40 bucks a cylinder, and I'd like to see if there is a cheaper alternative.

Thanks in advance,

~Joe

Did you try Honda?

I know it's normal to assume that you can't get parts for a 35 year old bike from the dealer, but in many cases with these Hondas you can.

Have you checked David Silver Spares?
How about E-bay?

No luck on eBay.

Western Hills has come through for me in the past......but 160 bucks for rings is steep!  I just thought someone may have a more cost effective source I could use!

Have these nice 650 psitons, and cylinders.....and want to hone it out, and fit some rings.
