76 750 rear brake shoes

PO put a 16" rear wheel {some people call a harley wheel} on my CB 750 in place of the factory 18". Can I just go to Honda and get shoes or since its not really a Honda wheel will I have to go to a aftermarket source. Heres a pic.

Drum and brakes should be the same its only a 16 inch rim laced on
