1964 pan head harley davidson
« on: September 14, 2011, 02:09:24 PM »
 Hey ya'll,

I'm new here and a woman, so bare with me, please. :-[ (If it helps any,I'm a triple D, yes that's a DDD and I'm topless as I write this, wait, ok, now I'm topless. I wouldn't want to be a liar ! :-*) Ok, I have a friend who's Dad was one of my friends before he died from a brain anorism (misspelled) quite a few years back. Now his son is trying to get his Dad's 1964 Pan Head going. It has it's original engine still. My old man has got it to finally kick over but there is still alotta problems. I searched on here to find a manual to download, and thought I was successful. But the Pan Head Manual I found was just up to the year 1959.

So, if ya'll can kindly steer me in the right direction to find out how to help him get his Dad's bike goin again there'll be an Old Harley Buddy grinnin at ya from somewhere's other than here on earth ! ;)
( Burr it's chilly with my top off, my nips are startin to push against the monitor !)

                                   Thanks A Heep,

Nope, I'm for real. Why is this not a good place for this question? I came here cause there was a list of manuals on here but like I said, it wasn't for a 1964 PanHead. Now I've looked around I'm guessin this ain't a good place for a Harley question, huh? :o

64 be a nice pan.. the 59 manual will show most of what you ned to know. if the carb and ignition are not stock, manual may not help.
If it has dual points may be harder to work on but I think they were only 63 aa763..
Hope it has the correct outside oiler heads on it..

.. show us a pic if you and the bike when you can..
