will '78 CB550 carbs fit on a '75 CB550?

I have a line on '78 cb550 carbs. I need a set of carbs for my '75 cb550. Will it work without modification, plug and play?

No. Must change manifolds, rubber couplers fore and aft, And add a choke knob/cable.  Probably need different jetting, too.
