POSA FUEL

Looked at a 75 CB-750F this weekend that had a POSA FUEL on it instaead of the Carbs. Bike needed work so not running. Anybody have any experience with this on a bike? Worth anything?

holy cow. i've seen POSAs on old Lycoming aircraft engines. never even HEARD of one on a motorcycle. sounds like an Oshkosh special!

In researching it I did read a lot of references to aircraft engines. And did some on them being on bikes. It did even have a decent looking 4-1 manifold with POSA FUEL cast into it. I will probably buy the bike and try to post a couple pics of it.

I found an article in the Aug '77 Cycle about Lectron Carbs; the guy bought the POSA patents, and refined it into the Lectron. If anyone is inerested, I'll try to scan and post it.

I just saw a posa set up too. Then I did a little digging and for the life of me I cannot remember where I found the info but the single carb and 4 outlet manifold was part of a Turbo set up. Ont the bike I saw the turbo stuff was gone and it was just a sorry old carb and manifold. I cannot imagine it would work well with out being force fed...
