What did I find here?
« on: April 06, 2010, 05:37:15 PM »
I was helping someone fix up a townhouse today after the renters left a mess and this was in the garage.  There was more of the bike but it had already been hauled away by the time I got there but I may know where it is at.  The engine is 72cc and turns over, the tank is clean on the inside.  The side covers each have a minor crack but all tabs are good. Did I just haul home a pile of junk or is there something worthwhile to someone here?

Did some digging at it looks to be the remains of a SL70 K0 from 1971/2.

The engine number should shed some more light on its identity.
Go metric, every inch of the way!
