Hey guys,
So I was putting in a new horn button on the left hand control and i shorted it while i was trying to test it...rookie mistake.  Now my headlight won't come on, high or low, and neither does the back light for the high beam button...signals and buzzer still work fine.  I checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine.  I checked the wiring diagrams and couldn't find anywhere where the two systems cross, maybe i missed something?  any thoughts are appreciated TIA

Are you completely sure its not the h/l fuse ( it's the 7A one ) ?? Or the fuse clips, or the wires on the back of the fuse box... a bad connection at the fuse-holder , even on the main fuse (15A ) could mean no h/l.
If your sure it's a carb problem; it's ignition,

i hope it's just a fuse, i don't have a 7a spare, only 10's....i'll have to grab some one in the morning.  The clips and wires also look to be in good shape.
