NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
« on: April 08, 2010, 06:25:09 AM »
NOOOOOO SNOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW...
Here is a pic of what we woke up to in east central WI this morning. The last 2 weeks we have had unseasonably warm weather in the high 60's, 70's and even hit 83 one day. Lucky I got some nice rides in while that lasted. We are always expecting this weird weather in spring here. Next week the 60's again. This is the best type of snow...the NO SHOVEL variety!!!  :>)

I hear ya, we had some of that around the 22nd or so of March. Rattled my cage, sure didn't think it would happen either. But Arkansas has some of that weird stuff too! ::)

For the first time in years we didn't get any snow here in Minnesota in March, it is usually the time when it snows the most!

Old Man Winter was trying to claw his way down here to give us that one last F.U. but the freeze line stopped just shy of our area.

I read that this was the first March since they started keeping records that we did not have measurable snowfall in March.  That snowfall is kind of strange with the nice weather nearby.  You might expect that closer to the Lakes from the Lake Effect.

Yeah that is what I had heard as well. I don't remember a March like we had, ever, except the Marchs not spent in Minnesota.

We got like 8" of rain..... that count?

It was fun to ride through deep puddles really slow and watch your tires disappear.
