Neither source has an Owner's Manual for a 1977 or 1978 Honda CB750A.

Anyone else?

The SERVICE MANUAL is available on this site (available for immediate download):  http://www.sohc4.net/index.php/archives/41

I'm still on the hunt for an OWNER'S MANUAL.

OK - I just bought a 1977 CB750A Owner's Manual on ebay.  I hope I wasn't bidding against anybody on this site.  It certainly sold for more than I initially wanted to pay.

Just so you know - I plan on scanning it, and then reselling it.  If I outbid you, let me know, and we can work out a deal . . . .

But . . . I do plan on posting the manual on this site, so we all can have access to an owner's manual.  So, while this may cost me a future sale, posting it is for the greater good.

I bought one from my local honda dealer(who usually is very hi on prices) for about $35
It took a cpl weeks, service guy told me the old manuals are available P.O.D.- "print on demand"
They dont print 1 up till someone orders it.

OK, I guess you wanted it more than I did. It went a little too high for me. Hope it's in good shape.

I called the company that is authorized to re-print Honda manuals, and they told that they had no plans to print any of these manuals.  You could be right - and the person that responded to my buy inquiry is wrong.  Who knows . . . .  That's why I went the ebay route.

The parts guy at honda(whos been workin at honda for a long time)
warned me the P.O.D.'s sometimes look pretty good and sometimes
look like a 4th grader with a copy machine put it together, but that
all the pertinent info would be there. Mine ended up lookin like
a normal service manual youd expect. I was glad not to get a bunch
of stapled together blurry pages :)

Hi:
I'll take a look. I'm pretty sure I have one. I'll scan it and hopefully we can get it uploaded.

CB750A Owner's Manual - finally a link!
« Reply #14 on: December 22, 2011, 10:46:46 AM »
I found and bought one, scanned it, and wanted to upload, but couldn't upload directly.

I scanned it in two resolutions - the medium is 38 MB - too large to upload directly.  The manual has some pretty good pictures, and the quality is lost on lower resolution settings.  The large version is 75 MB - but the pictures are so clear!

So, I put the medium version here:

http://www.freewebs.com/fallscityfaithbaptist/1977 CB750A Owners Manual Med Res.pdf

The download is slow - where else could I put the file?  I'm not up on where to post large files on the net.

Hi Again:
I found mine and just finished the scan. Looks like you already have it though. I took the time to fully index mine so you can go to the Specifications section just by clicking the index on the left instead of leafing through 100 pages. There is a website uploading.com that allows you to upload files up to 100mb's. I'll put it there and then whoever wants it can download it for free for the next couple of weeks. I'll put the link in my next post here.

OK:
Here is the link:
uploading.com/files/bb77d4e6/750A%2BOwners%2BManual.pdf/
If you go there the entire file can be downloaded with the index as well.
Let me know what you think. I'll download yours as well. I may be able to put in an index on it.
