Had the bike for about a year - then pulled the motor out of the frame and found this.  The motor was pretty much hiding it.

Now THAT looks bad; like it should be cut out and totally replaced!!!!

Well crap!

I hope like hell my frame isn't cracked.

Have to check it this weekend.

The heat treating is easy....MAPP gas torch (4000 degree F) will heat the tubing to cherry in about 2 minutes.....let it cool.....weld it up, and heat to cherry again....then scuff it up and paint!
