Very cool build. I love where you are going with the color scheme and the wheels.

Scotchguard! It's like a spray on condom for fabrics. Helps it repel water, stains, grime... it's pretty big in the land of couches and car seats.
I'm loving how the bike is looking!! Keep up the great work!!!
Cheers!

Made a lot of progress this weekend. Learned a bunch of things as well. Put in my first set of tapered bearings, well first set of bearings period. Got it just right though with the help of my older brother. Put in a new fork seal (they only had one at honda, other is in the mail) on the 77k Forks which have much nicer tubes, better springs, and taller lowers. Assembled most everything that I can while waiting to finish up another fork, maybe get the dual disk setup going. Gotta mount the seat too. Everything I've gotten done today I couldnt have ever done without the help and information from this forum. The search function is your friend

Thisll be a short post, I'm friggen beat. We got the electronics wired and working. The bike ran (with no exhaust or air box, I couldnt beleive it!) for a few mins. So thats all set, the blinkers, headlight, tail, brake etc worked too. But blew all the fuses I had. So there is a gremlin that has to be sorted out. But the seat is mounted as well. Just need to make the pan and foam, then fabric. Adjust the controls, and clean it
There are a few chips here and there due to the lack of quality painting. But I dont care, I just want to ride. So heres where she sits minus an exhaust. The one I have wont fit on (its got some kinda aftermarket mounts) as it doesnt use the normal crush washers. Gotta find a new/used one and fast.
