Hey All,
I sold my 78 550k to a friend that was 3 months ago mabe 4 he has made 2 payments 100 and 60 so he owes the rest on 500.00. He lost his storage and now wants me to store it for him. One of the reasons i got rid of it for room, and not sure how long he wants it stored.
A= do I give his money back in increments like he paid me.
or B hey get your ducks in a row and you lost out, im selling the bike and you get money back or piss him off and keep his cash for your inconvience? he still has the kerker header and 3 other small parts.

+1 on that, family and friends are the most important. They figure they have an in so it's okay to be late.

Give him his money back and sell the mother. He obviously needs the money more than the bike.

I'm with Cave.  Or you could offer a compromise if you want.  Offer to let him keep it at your place for X amount of time.  If he doesn't pick it up and pay you the remainder of the price by that time, give him his money back and sell it to someone else.  

I'm assuming in all this that you still have the title?

yup have the title and the bike. He told me that he had a couple flakes come by off craigslist and look at it. I still had the title. I picked the bike up from his storage.

Gordon, the time payment thing sounds like the best option. He wants an smaller bike to zip around town in other than his goldwing. I'll trade him my bike and give him some cash for the 76 wing.
I was kinda pissed off and called him left a voice mail just saying im selling the bike.
