Yep, it is a unit made by billet boys. They make a bunch of different billet license plate frames. They are not cheap but great quality.

I just received a very nice billet "RSC" stator cover insert and a 1 off Yoshimura points cover, a little expensive but if you want quality you have to pay for it.....

Ok, I just got back into town and my fresh paint was waiting for me. I couldn't resist doing a quick mock up of the updated version of my 1977 f.

I rode it for the first time today and it is scary fast...

Still have to get the carbs dialed in a bit more but it just wants to go and go.
The plan is to get it as close as I can, break it in, then put it on the dyno. At higher RPM's it is a bit rough but when I twist the throttle there is no hesitation at all and it revs fast as hell. I have some bigger mains to try and also one size bigger pilot jets.

The clip ons and rear sets feel great! Thanks FunJimmy for the one off hangers!

I will get some outside pics up soon to show off Larry's amazing paint job. Special thanks to Mike Rieck for making my "go fast" project a reality.

It's hard to explain to folks how fast these bikes feel. I've owned faster bikes, but I don't think any have felt like they were running out of road quite as quickly. Maybe its the copious amount of torque and the near flat torque curve. Whatever the reason, welcome to the "scary fast" CB750 club.

Good update and glad you are enjoying all that hard work. Looking forward to the outdoor shots and of course the dyno numbers. But at the end of the day whatever the numbers show ride the bike and enjoy it! It will only get better with time.

I can officially call the bike completed! With the exception of some minor carb tuning and eventual dyno tune, it is done for the last time.

Day I brought her home.

First go around. Frame up build with 836 kit and APE head.

Second go around. Spoke wheel conversion with GL front end.
