I have been led to believe that the grease fitting on my 78K is not a standard zerk fitting. Does anyone know if it is pressed in or threaded. It is not accepting grease. I have taps and zerks, I just want to be prepared if I go to change it.
Most of the stock ones I've seen on those are a 45 degree North American zerk with 1/4-28 threads.
lol. . .yeah, I found some inch hardware on my bike but not zerks. When I got my swingarm back from you, I drilled, tapped, and installed new
METRIC zerks, thank you very much.

(6mm x 1.00 if I recall) The old pressed in ones would actually pop out when trying to get any grease in there?!
I found a pack of all different angle metric zerks at a local auto parts hardware store (Baxters) for like $6 or something.
