I have heard of these island tipping problems. Weren't they started in the Mid-West USA

I first heard this April 1st.  I thought it was a April Fool's joke - but now I actually think it's true.  How do these people get elected?   ???

Yeah... islands just float around, you know, like ships.   ::)  I wonder if he wonders why it never floats away from it's current position....

I don't really use my hands when speaking figuratively or literally so I couldn't say, but I'm sure its been done before. I admit that even if he was using a figure of speech it was a stupid analogy to make. Medical folks correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think a person in his position thats still recovering from Hep C treatment should be working.

   I still can't figure out how "the island'll capsize" could be construed as anything less than the island flipping over like an ice berg.
