What happens is just as I thought. I ride a few miles everything is ok. Then I start to lose power. I look down and have air bubbles in the fuel line. Strange. If I cycle the petcock to reserve it dumps fuel back into the line and everything is back to normal. So, now I have to take it apart and see what the deal is. Its a brand new petcock and the tank is clean. If I leave it on reserve its fine. Guess I gotta keep an eye on the level in the tank. On a side note, I get a good amount of smoke out of the breather tube (once hot) which dumps alongside the carb overflow tubes. (Running Pods) I dont know if this is normal. It seems to get a good amount of crank case pressure even at cold idle. Did anyone ever see my tappet adjuster issue, or NON-issue? I'd still like some feedback on that.

Smoke from the breather tube could be a little blow by or moisture cooking out of the oil. At cold idle the pistons aren't up to temp yet a bit more blow by is expected until it's up to operating temp. Not sure on the bubbles I'm assuming it got a full tank, wouldn't be the first time that happened here.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.
