+1 on Dudie's comment.

I'm glad you got her to the hospital okay.  That's a pretty significant decrease.  I hope they find and fix the cause soon.

Awww Jeff, I really hate to hear that. Like has been said, So glad that she is IN the hospital and they are working on the problem. You keep after them, to find out why and where she's losing it! That is very scary stuff. Prayers are coming dude! Take car of THAT Lady. ;)

Brenda was losing HER blood last year and they didn't find out where it was going, FAST enough! :-\ Not trying to scare you Jeff, just make sure that they stay after it, til they determine the cause. I don't know ho low Brenda's was, but the 1st time we were alerted, she was given 2 units and seemed to recover quite nicely. The 2nd time, however (about a month later) she didn't get her color back AND she didn't get her energy back. I can't stress enough, to make sure they stay after it.

Please keep us posted Brother, as you can of course, Bill

well, the chances are it isnt what the docs originally thought, that her colon cancer had come back. looks like it might be a bleeding ulcer, not good by any stretch of the imagination but nowhere near as bad as the cancer. theyre doing an upper and lower GI in the morning, cleaning her out tonight with a couple of 10oz drinks of something like drain-o for your insides. she'd been having problems with her throat, sometimes having pain when she swallowed (dont worry i already made the crude jokes, it's how i deal with serious situations, keeps me half sane  :D ) as long as it isnt that damn cancer come back, we can deal with just about anything else. bad time of year for it to happen, with virginia being a tax preparer. i went to best buy and got her a laptop so she could work while in the hospital (she's more hard headed than me) should be home tomorrow late morning hopefully. time to feed tha animals and try to get some sleep, i know i'm no good to anybody if i cant get some rest.

Sure appreciate the time YOU took to update us, Jeff. I KNOW how things like that can rock your world BIG TIME! Got to take care of the Mate, right? I won't try to say that I was shaken anywhere near as much as YOU were by this, BUT, I WILL say that it sure didn't do ME any good, to KNOW that Virginia was going through this stuff. AND Knowing what YOU were going through, in the meantime because OUR Women are Very Special to US! Prayer is Still coming Jeff, just for good measure. ;)
