Anyone else not seeing the photos?

I see all of your photos

Miles and miles of unspoiled land
Mountains rivers forests
Not a car in sight
Just a lonesome road inviting you
With your chrome heart shining

Thanks as always Andy.  I'll do my best to keep accumulating the miles on the bike.  It has gotten to be something of a science experiment to see how long it will go.  And I agree with Hondaman, regular use is key to the longevity of these bikes.

1975 cb400F parked in 1993 with 58,800 miles on original engine. With the help of Hondaman and the SOHC website i just ran the new motor over 60,000 during break-in.

I don’t know what happened to me Greg, I just got inspired for a few moments and a few words after looking at your photos and listening to Emmy Lou sing Neil Young. I know very well his Heart of Gold but just learned here about Chrome Hearts. I don’t believe I have ever seen any original poetry posted here at SOHC4 and I sure don’t intend to continue but I do believe there are many Chrome Hearts among us here at SOHC4

Andy: is yours an "A"?
Nice look with that seat! I did a similar shape with mine, but not nearly as nicely sewed: I did mine by hand, sort of 'Boy Scout' style ("A stitch in time saves nine", etc.). I probably should do something about my seat...  :-[
See SOHC4shop@gmail.com for info about the gadgets I make for these bikes.

Blood is thicker than water, but motor oil is thicker yet...so, don't mess with my SOHC4, or I might have to hurt you.

I turned 100,000 miles today. 37 summers on the road + 15 years in the garage
West coast trip in 71
East coast in 72
Colorado in 73
Smokies in 74
Put away in 87 with 4 young’uns on the ground
Revived in 2002 when they started finishing school
Lots of day rides since then to Stockbridge, Chelsea, Dexter
A couple cross-state rides to Gilmore
A couple 900? milers to eastern Ontario for the CVMG Ganaraska 250

One trailer ride due to flat rear tire 50 miles out
Kick-started it and rode it home on alternator power when AGM batt quit mid-ride

This Honda has taken me to a lot of nice places.

Yes, oh, I have swapped bikes when traveling just a bit.
I was reluctant to loan it out… so many crashed bikes came into the shop and when asked about the crash, the owner usually said “I let my buddy ride it”
I’ve had a broken speedo cable for a few hundreds. So maybe it happened a few weeks past, but, officially today.
I wish I could say I put it together out of the crate, but I just don’t remember. I put a lot of bikes together, more so earlier in my Honda working days and less at the end, when I got this K1.

Thanks Prokop.
When I put the bike away, I always hoped for this day.
I kicked it over every year and started it twice in 15 years.
But I didn’t store it properly. The tank was a mess inside but it cleaned up very well.
Fresh gas and a charged battery goes a long way.

I don’t know what the future will bring, I’m just happy there is a future.

I had a break from 1997 to 2011.  97 we moved to USA - and I sold my Honda 750 before we moved - and 2011 a friend gave me K0 750.
