Topic: fork legs honda 400 four 1975

i have 2 different fork legs on my 400 f,,vhen i get it .there vas rubber mufflers on..i can se that dust seals not can be momtet in that one leg..is it from a 350 four ..maybe i can get it modifiet..or keep the rubber muflers,,if it not can be done..but have 400 have that rubber muff,,or even 350,,have them?

That lower leg does look like the ones on my 350.
