I have been trying to figure out what this guy is selling? He says it is a starter cover but is he sure???

Well you have found the only auctions on ebay in which you can sell body parts that are fleash. I do believe they call them jugs, hooters, melons, and well whatever  ;D

Perhaps as a fastener to secure the starter cover to the lower end.
