I searched the forums but couldn't find this asked or answered, so hope someone has seen this.  New set of EBC friction disks arrived yesterday, and I was glad to see the diagonal slotted "slinger disk".  What I don't know is if the tangs on this disk are supposed to be larger (see pic).  They are about 0.060 wider.  Not sure how that will fit into the basket      Don't have the bike apart yet, just setting expectations before I open it up this afternoon.  Thanks!

The outermost part of the basket's fingers is machined to accept the wider tanged disc.  It's good that your kit has this wider tanged disc as many kits do not.  This is one reason to be wary of any kit claiming to fit all years of the SOHC 750s.  The late clutches were different enough that kits designed for the earlier style ones don't really work correctly.

on 550 are the last friktion disc bigger and vith different oil traks,,like eurban says..
do you have that difrerent thik mittel metal disc. in yours bike..shud i mont it again..or just get one more disc insteed,,im in big  ???hvat vorks best..
