Scraping paint off a newly painted CB750 frame

I do have to scrape the paint off the frame under the motor mount bolt where the battery ground wire connects don't I? Everybody does this - right?

And where the small green wire goes up by the coils or all sorts of weird problems occur
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

There too, and I put a little dielectric grease on the ring terminal.
