todays politicians scare the living #$%* out of me. i remember when there were some politicians i had no respect for but ones like the Governator scare the #$%* out of me.

Actually it does not seem like he has done that bad. Of course I dont live there but he seems to be willing to make less than popular decisions to try bring down CA's deficit. And while republican, he does not seem to move in lock-step with the republican party.
But again, I do not live there and so anything I see is from the media and we all know how "unbiased" the media is on both sides.

What's funny about this is that many polls will show that while the public may have a low opinion on Congress as a whole they usually like THEIR representatives much better.  It's everyone else that is the problem.  It has been like that for years. ;D

my representative as much as he's helped me along with getting people off their asses on my disability claim, he was a major embarassment to me when he yelled at Nobama "you lie!" yes, mr Joe Wilson.

I don't know the specifics about that...

maybe not on national television... but I think politicians should be called out on their bull#$%*... whatever it is.
