Dude, "Bike has ... goob tires" and it's a,"daly rider".

The Goob Tires are worth $25,000 all by themselves and the rest of the price must come from it Daly heritage.

I agree, it's a typo.

Should read $500,000.

Must be the "goob Tires" that makes it so expensive!!

"1977 Honda CB 750 This bike starts right up, once warmed up runs and shifts great. Bike has new battery goob tires, clean gas tank,no dents. It is in good condition for its age. Has some rust pits on rims. Would be a good daly rider. I also have a luggage rack [not shown on pics] that goes with it This bike you could just hop on and ride home."

I wouldn't pay more then $25,000.00 for a bike with "goob" tires. ;D

I hadn't considered the idea that it really wasn't meant to sell. You might have pegged it...

I wonder if goob tires are those sticky drag racer tires.
And dily-daly riding is what we used to call "poker runs", so maybe it's experienced at that?

Heck, $50,000 DOWN is what it would take to get mine...with payments of $1000/month until I find a REAL good job to replace it with.  ;D

Speaking of tires, I was speaking with a coworker whose father's friend is one of the presidents of the AC Cobra club of America, not sure if that's the real name of it.  Anyway, for years he went around buying up all the original bias ply blue dot or redline tires, nos originals.  From what I hear you CAN'T get them now unless you go through him.  Cost: $2k apiece.
Me, I'd get repop Coker's or something, but I guess if you gotta have original you gotta have original.

I dealt with several Craigslist sellers who were so cranky I thought this is what they were doing. It was obvious they were not looking to sell, just wanting to put on a show for the wife, "hey look I tried to sell the bike, none of these people appreciate this classic, its not my fault!"

weve had goob tyres here for years, racers, before a race would get some goob out of their nose, and impregnate the tyre tread with it,for traction ,the sellers bike could have famous snot on the tyres.

He will also have to pay ebay for his reserve. Wonder what that is. Somebody ask him if he'll take $47,500. That ought to wake him up.
