I think you have to drive the pin out with a punch.

Then you contact me for a new Gas Cap Hinge Pin kit for each hinge.  ;D
The proceeds go back to SOHC4.net for everyone.
See SOHC4shop@gmail.com for info about the gadgets I make for these bikes.

Be careful if you try to drive it out with a punch. You can bend the mounting tabs and mess it up. I used a large C-clamp with a small socket on the end to let the stud slide in and a small pin on the other end to do the pushing. I was able to reuse my pins.

Geez I'm glad you reminded me Mark, I'm in the process of painting a tank and sidecovers for my K2/F2 special, and I'd forgotten that I've got some of your hinge pin kits here, they're bloody brilliant! Now if I can just remember where I put them.................  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Don't you just hate that? I've got a whole set of brand new rocker shafts around here somewhere, danged if I can find them. So, instead, I bought a bunch of Thomson shaft and am making a dozen pair.  :-\

Honda Man,  I'd be interested in one of your kits could you please post or PM pricing?

Thanks!

Well I've torn my house and garage apart Mark and I can't find the bloody things, so I better order another few sets mate? I painted my tank and sidecovers and I've replaced the OEM pins for the time being, but I haven't "peined" the ends over, I'll wait until your latch kits arrive, just let me know how much to send you mate, and I'll send you some bucks! Cheers, Terry. ;D
