It's supposed to say that the bike doesn't have any rust I think.

Wouldn't include that header crud as rust.

Got a lot of parts that I will need when I start my F1 project. I'll wind up paying way more piece by piece than snagging a whole bike like that. Too bad shipping would kill any benefit of getting it.
