My bike caused an injury last night
« on: May 04, 2010, 03:19:28 PM »
Went to the local pub for their Bike Night and had my bike parked across the street.
Two girls and a guy came walking by and started looking at it and you could see they were somewhat impressed or confussed at what they were looking at. Couldn't be sure which.
But anyway, when they started walking away, the one girl was walking backwards still looking at my bike.
Just as she turned around, she walked right into a street light pole and smacked her forehead pretty hard.
She was holding her head and her friends were trying to make sure she was o.k.,  but were laughing at her at the same time.  I might have laughed a little to,(actually still chuckle when I think about it).
I guess she should have been wearing a helmet.

Well ,she was kind of cute, except for the big knot on her forehead!
No CPR was necessary, but I would have given her mouth to mammary resuscitation if I thought she needed it. (or at least not slapped me).

Was it a metal or a wooden pole.
Makes a difference on healing time.  ::)

It was metal. So no slivers involved.
But she might have a paint chip lodged in her melon. :D
