It is your turn signal buzzer. Mounts on a bracket behind the headlight shell off the fork ear. Whoops you do not have an ear  ;D

If it is not beeping, there is an adjustment on the back of it. Remove the rubber and look for the small screw that has a locknut. With the turn signal on, turn the screw in or out to get it to beep, then tighten the lock nut. I just did this on the CB750K8 that I am turning into a cafe racer.
