There are no signs of it ever having one, i.e no grinding off marks & the panel is currently held on by cable tie.
Why would anyone want to do this, or do I have a rogue frame?
I can't buy just a lug either as a spare part as David Silver have said it was an integral part of the frame....
Paperwork shows it's a 1971 model by the way.
