What happened to the 'Industrial' Frankenstuff? ;) :)

I hear you regarding proportions. They are a small bike, and its easy to get caught up in the bigger is better mode.  Really am impressed though with your creativity, and way out of the box thinking.  Glad you found your notes of the 1st original ideas, referring back to mine has helped me stay on track.  This forum is just loaded with great ideas, and its easy to lose focus on your own vision.  The Frankenbike is a great project.

Take a step back, enjoy the Christmas holiday.

This is with the wheel all the way forward in the adjusters. I am thinking about extending the swingarm, doing some sort of a double chain deal with an adjuster. dont ask ::)

That is the Clutch sight....never seen one before so I made one. Here is my oil sight. Granted I dont know what is going to happen when all of that hot oil and clutch junk is sloshing. Essentially I will only see the clutch for the first fire up....then the sight will be blacked out. :o
Here is my oil sight.

Lets go grab a beer soon unless you just want to hang in your basement and toss ideas around and drink

The swingarm is 100% Japanesium steel. I should not be allowed to weld anything. I destroyed the ATC fender with the plastic welder, I blew a hole in the aluminum seat cowl, and my mig work is all beef and much grind grind.

Thanks. Yeah, it is a constantly evolving project. I change my mind about every 3 months. I waste alot of time on parts that end up being obsolete because I will swap something out.

I have found a guy to fix the seat cowl again. This time he is an old timer Nascar chassis builder and can fix whatever I screw up. Also starting a fiberglass cowl to copy my tank....and inquiring an alloy one as well. The bike will have at least 4 cowl setups when all said and done. ::)

ALSO......I want my header to be "TWIXXXLER"- fied......

Make it more original Not Frank.  Make the cowl like a trunk with a latching cover.

Sorry, thinking aloud again.  :o
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

The front wheel is off a Harley soft tail, roadking type. I am actually using the rear harley wheel instead of the front because the front is offset because of some gawd aweful big chrome bell on there. To use the dual disc setup I am making the rear wheel is just perfect.

I have decided to use a Supertrapp exhaust instead of the Yoshi that I had earlier. I really wanted to just buy the Cycle X slip on but.....$140 is a bit much for my blood.
