Topic: CB650C jetting question?

I'm almost done rebuilding an 80 cb650c for my sister. I picked it up for almost free from a local mechanic who wanted nothing to do with it. After replacing the stator, coils, battery, carb rebuild, and mufflers (jardine 4-1) I finally have it running. The only problem is that its running way lean (obviously from the pipe and the K&N air filter, and it pulls a little oil through the valve seals). What would you guys recommend for jet sizes for the carb?

We whould have to know when it runs lean.  Only when at idle or open throttle? All throughout the range?  Clean the plugs and run it at idle for a bit, look at the plugs and write down what you see.  Then clean plugs again and run at high speed, then before you slow the enigne, kill it and stop and pull the plugs and take note of what you see.
