Monaco Grand Prix
« on: May 15, 2010, 03:45:36 AM »
Your correspondent was there in May 1971.
I was still in the Navy.--took leave.
Drove straight through from Sicily--25 hours--no freeways.
I have to relive this each May--sorry--glory days--you know.

I was posing with a Maserati Ghibli--4 seat sedan--almost practical--v12--Natch.
My transportation was 1970 Fiat 124 Spyder--which I still have--of course.
