Not bad. Hard to haul as much junk as with the Caravan, but sometimes you just have to make concessions!
I hear ya. Thing is, I still have the use of my Dad's '93 Dakota AND I am strongly considering a trailer hitch on the R/T. I've been running a van of some sort, since '93 (4 Chrysler Products Minis and a '99 Conversion van) and I'm kinda getting back to having a car. WOULD have tried to get a Challenger, but I HAVE to be able to, at times, get my Dad (84yrs old) and my Daughter into the car as well. So, even though I'd rather that the Charger was a 2dr, this will work out pretty good. Besides, I ALSO will have the use of my Dad's '05 Grand Caravan, as I might need it. I'm gonna try to get him to let me sell at least ONE of his vehicles too, since I am his MAIN mode of transportation.
I have to say that, when I first saw the Charger as a 4dr, I was disappointed, to say the least. I remember the Chargers of OLD (and having had 2 '66 Chargers back in the day), It WAS a letdown to see them as 4dr cars. BUT then, I started hearing things about the features, handling and performance. Up until last week, I had not even looked very closely at them, much less driven one. Then I looked and THEN, I drove one! I was pretty impressed with how they handled AND performed. I can only imagine how the SRT8 does, as IT is the TOP of the line in all categories! I was impressed that the 5.7 Hemi will not only get up and GO, when punched, it will ALSO give the same basic MPG, when cruising down the hwy. So, with that being said, I'll be going to pick mine up after while.
