fork questions

i have both a 78 750 and 550 and the 550 has some lowering blocks on it...... i remember hearing that the 550 was the bike aimed at the inseamed challenged buyers.. (hondaman thoughts) so i got this 750 in hopes of having a taller bike and its the same size as the lowered 550(the lowering blocks came off the 750 when i got it).... what is the stock length fork for both of these bikes? are the forks the same length on the 550 as the 750?

Not sure of the exact lengths, (maybe something like 29 1/2" for the 750 forks) but the 500/550 forks are shorter and the rear shocks are shorter too (I think the 750 shocks are 13" from eye to clevis)
