Gauge Bracket Removal
«

I'm trying to remove my gauges from the bracket, and three came off relatively easily, but the fourth just keeps spinning. I've tried putting pressure on the bracket to hold the screw in place while I turn the nut, I've soaked it in PB Blaster... I'm out of ideas. Why does the screw just spin around like that?!

there are just 2 tiny lil tabs inside the guage that hold that bolt. bad news..cut if off with grinder and replace whole bolt with new. some jb weld will hold new bolt inplace.

I'm not as delicate with a grinder. I know I would destroy it.
Try holding the nut in visegrips and drill out the bolt.
Or a dremel cut off wheel.
I'm just not that precise with a grinder.
