any one bought one of these seats?

saw this and wanted to know if anyone bought one.
wanted to know how they were and if they are easy to mount

A friend of mine picked on up.  It doesn't look very good, although that may have been his (in)ability to recover his own seat.

Made in Vietnam huh? With the exception of one or two those seats dont look right the lines are WAY off. Looks like they were made during an elementary school arts and crafts project  ;D.
