quick question which is better clymers or haynes?

They are both generally lousy compromises based on the factory manual.

I think Clymer has color wiring diagrams, which can make life a little easier.  Don

I have both. The Clymer manual does have color wiring diagrams. I usually consult both the manuals and if I'm still not sure, the folks on this forum have a wealth of information.

Right now I have two copies (one is borrowed) of the CB750 Clymer manual and one has color diagrams and the other does not. The one with color is an older copy that has some extra info in it, maybe by RC engineering (or something like that). The newer reprint is all in black and white.
