Japanese Web sites?
« on: April 21, 2005, 06:08:20 PM »
Seeing as my Japanese is limited to three words.. I keep coming across web sites in Japan that seem to have all kinds of crazy modifications for SOHC Honda's..Is this a conspiracy or am I missing something? We need to get our hands on some of these parts!!! Is there a Japanese speaking  member out there that could help us out??

Post the links in this thread.  There have been some members who spoke Japanese.  It would be interesting to see what was currently available for these bikes - I'll bet there's lots of stuff for the 400F.

I visited some sites, both Japanese and German. Good old Microsoft offered to install a translation option. However, I figured they weren't much better than some other MS software so I usually never bothered to dig out the CD it required. Has anyone ever tried the MS translation option?
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

I just ran a little test with http://translate.google.com and babelfish and they both handle the translations fairly well and about equally.  Of course, you do get some interesting phrases like this caption below a picture of a blue CB400F tank: "Occasionally, when becoming the blue tank, it is."
