I liked it, although a lot of people didn't.

But then Terry Gilliam movies are like that.

I thought he did a pretty good job of filling in for Heath Ledger.

it was a good thing I didn't know who he was until my wife mentioned it at the end of the movie.

Finally saw this the other day as well... Cant beat a movie with Tom Waits as the devil (not that he had to act much different than normal for the part).

I just watched it this weekend after not being able to find it at my local redbox. I enjoyed it, its good to see a movie done that was so different

that's what I liked about it as well.  it didn't feel all "hollywood" with dumb pop lines or obvious satirical reference.
