I've never been in Chicago, though I'm going to try to go on some decently long trips this summer once I get my 650 rebuilt. How "seedy" are the parts of town that this runs through? I wouldn't want to have to worry about getting mugged and robbed at a stop light (since Chicago doesn't recognize KS CCW's LOL).

As in any city their are def. some parts that u dont want to drive thru, let alone ride thru..
Our ride is in no-way dangerous to any of the riders involved (believe me)...

The 2nd annual Chicago Shakedown Run is coming up quick !

Dont forget we are meeting up @ 7pm @ The Liberty Lounge (see address above), taking off around 8-8:30, then riding thru the city ending up back @ Cobra Lounge.
Not saying it will/wont happen but if anyone gets seperated from the pack just head straight to Cobra to meetup. Also remember ALL makes/models/types/colors/sorts of
anything on two wheels is welcome to the shakedownn(and ANY of our events)...
