SENT...the nice lady at the post office said you should look for it on Thursday.

She didn't say it would arrive on Thursday, just that you could look for it.

glad I could help, kerry.

Awesome job, Kerry!  The fuel pipe you made works great!

Thank you so much; you're a lifesaver.

Well looks like I have two of these that are broken just like yours. Anybody have any leads on where you can find these? I dont have access to a mill so I cant make anymore.

Thanks

Bump! I'm rebuilding a CB350F for my girlfriend, and one of these little dongles is broken. I made another out of a vinyl spacer, and it holds, but I'm concerned that the gas will eventually eat the vinyl. I messaged harisuluv with no response after a few days (time is tight). Does anyone have a source? eBay doesn't seem to do much volume with these. There's a set listed now, and I'll probably move on that soon. Does anyone know a source? The many other parts I've needed were a breeze finding.

THANKS!

Don't see a PM, sure you sent it?  I don't really make them anymore, but I have a few spare OEM ones.

Does anyone still make or have extras of these fuel pipes by chance?  :-\ One of mine just snapped in half cause it was so dry rotted. Need one but would love to replace all.

Did you check with harrisulov?  If he doesn't have one I could make some more.  Let me know.

That is good to know as last time I had to pay the Ebay ransom for a few.

I could use a set.  One of mine seemed to be leaking and I managed to easily snap that sucker in half.  Maybe a good cleaning and rebuild is a better idea.  Might have to contact harisulov.  My carbs are pretty rough.

Another CB400F with a broken Fuel Pipe. The PO snapped it and tried fixing with JB Weld and then glued the pieces into the carbs 🤦‍♂️. Any leads anyone? I know it’s a long shot since this was 10 years ago.

Actually i just read that PETG is gas and chemical resistant. I guess i will try 3D printing a new fuel pipe until 4into1 gets more aluminum ones in stock.

You may find that the "odd" metric size is an exact imperial size, worth cross checking
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

I did a quick design and print and it appears to work. Fits snug. I had to print it horizontally to maximize the strength of the piece, so its not the prettiest. If it holds up well, I will post the .STL file so anyone else with this problem can print their own. Obviously the best solution will be to buy aluminum fittings when they get back in stock on 4into1.com
