There are special anti-fogging sprays for face shields available at most parts counters, maybe give one a shot?

Does the helmet have any vents? Pics?
My favorite trick is to use a regular pink pencil eraser to prop open the face shield, you've got two different thicknesses, and if you drop it they're cheap and easily replaced. Other small objects will do the trick too as long as they won't scratch the helmet.

I got a super expensive Shoei X-11 (that I got very very cheap thankfully) and it has loads of vents and it STILL fogs up - rubbish!! Try a Pinlock...not cheap but riders swear by them...Ive also heard toothpaste works but never tried it myself ;)

Wipe a dry bar of soap around on the inside of your shield and then using a clean cloth rub it all over till you can't see the soap anymore.

Works on bathroom mirrors as well ;)

repeat as necessary.

Cat Crap.  ;D

No, not the stuff in the litter box. (Although it would make you want to not breathe at all, that's for sure.) Try the stuff used on the inside of goggles and helmets.

i think its time for a new helmet for u.... or at least a visor.... mine will hold open on a variety of different widths and that works but sometimes debris and bugs get in and it wouldnt be optimal in the rain... i think i might try the soap thing if not i gues i have heard of rainx antifog.
here is the helmet i got the grey one

This is what I swear by. It is one of the few products that works as advertised

The Fog City Fog Shield

It is a polycarbonate film that attaches to your faceshield and comes in several tints. for $15 to $20 and one time installation, it can't be beat!

Until I get up to highway speeds as long as it is not too cold I crack my visor to the first open setting.

Scorpion helmets have a good rep for not fogging up.

I think Ill try Seawebs soap trick and see if it works.

arai has some niffty vents built into the shield. They work great until you are in the rain,
then I don't know if it's the fogging or the rain on the shield anyway.  ;)

Pretty crappy that the expensive brands don't come with an anti fog shield for the money you pay.  I've got a loud, heavy KBC helmet (relatively cheap) and it came with one.  I always wear it when it gets a bit cooler as my old HJC fogs up like crazy.
